Phan Thiet is a coastal port city in Southeast Vietnam and the capital of Bình Thuan Province. At its center is a bustling little fishing port with a harbor full of colorful boats, vibrant outdoor markets and seafood restaurants. It’s also home to landmarks including the circa-1762 Van Thuy Tu Temple (Dinh Van Thuy Tu), honoring whales and housing skeletons of the locally revered sea creatures.
