Paraná is a city on the eastern banks of the River Paraná in the Entre Ríos province of Argentina. In town, Urquiza Park is dotted with fountains and sculptures, and to the west is El Parque Beach. The larger Thompson Beach lies beyond the city?s port. The 19th-century Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary has an ornate facade with pillars and 2 towers. Nearby is the European-style February 3 Theater.
