Translated from French-Forum is a French regional radio station which was created in 1981 in Poitiers. Its studios have been based in Orléans since 1998, when the group took over in 1981. The radio broadcasts its programs on 28 FM frequencies in the Center-Val de Loire region (Indre-et-Loire, Loir-et-Cher, Loiret, Indre), Nouvelle-Aquitaine (Charente, Charente-Maritime, Deux-Sèvres, Vienne, Haute-Vienne) and Maine-et-Loire.

Angoulême is a commune, the capital of the Charente department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as Angoumoisins or Angoumoisines. Located on a plateau overlooking a meander of the Charente River, the city is nicknamed the "balcony of the southwest".
