Sveriges Radio is a public limited company, owned by an independent foundation, previously funded through a licensing fee, the level of which is decided by the Swedish Riksdag. Karlstad is a city on the Klarälven River in Värmland County, Sweden. It’s known for neighboring Lake Vänern to the south, dotted with tiny islands.
