On the evening of August 12, 2004, the station first aired in the FM band at a frequency of 92.0 and broadcast for 2 months. Further, according to technical calculations, the station was at the frequency 92.2 planned before the release and continues to work on it to this day. Today, due to the closure of FM broadcasting, Rise-FM 92.2 presents a subsidiary project: MSX-FM. On our air now only melodic Drum & Bass music of such sub-directions as Liquid Funk and Intelligent Drum & Bass sounds, including radio shows of both well-known and novice producers of these directions.

Shlisselburg is a town in Kirovsky District of Leningrad Oblast, Russia, located at the head of the Neva River on Lake Ladoga, 35 kilometers east of St. Petersburg. From 1944 to 1992, it was known as Petrokrepost. Population: 13,170; 12,401; 12,589. The fortress and the town center are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
