Horizon FM's history is deeply intertwined with the community it serves. Founded as a 1901 association, the station has called Villers-Écalles home for much of its existence. The town hall generously provided space for the station and its broadcasting antenna starting in 1984. A brief relocation to Pavilly between 2015 and 2017 solidified the station's commitment to serving the broader region.
