Pléneuf-Val-André is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany in northwestern France. The writer Florian Le Roy, winner of the 1947 Prix Cazes was born in Pléneuf-Val-André and the journalist Yves Grosrichard died there too.
