Since 2003, the 48FM association has operated a category A radio station in the south of Lozère on the 107.0 fm frequency. Founded by Thierry Serrières, this radio station took a new direction in 2011 to get closer to the territory and become a media of local interest, citizen bond, and social cohesion. The radio is attached to the pluralism of expression of the population, programs are set up with local actors or in relation to their daily lives, always with respect for the rights of each: society, community life, employment training, service to person, environment, memory, youth, heritage, culture and tourism.

France, in Western Europe, encompasses medieval cities, alpine villages and Mediterranean beaches. Paris, its capital, is famed for its fashion houses, classical art museums including the Louvre and monuments like the Eiffel Tower. The country is also renowned for its wines and sophisticated cuisine. Lascaux?s ancient cave drawings, Lyon?s Roman theater and the vast Palace of Versailles attest to its rich history.
